Men's Anger Management Workshop
Begins September 4, 2013

For men wanting to have more successful and effective interpersonal relationships. Focusing on Problem Anger, which hurts and disrupts these relationships. The workshop is led by Richard Lamberson, MA, LMFT, a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field of anger management.

Participants will learn: 

  1. To identify personal forms of anger, how it developed in their lives, and how it interferes with their most important relationships.
  2. Coping skills for effective anger management in interpersonal relationships.
  3. Skills for more effective communicating and getting desired results in interpersonal relationships.
Wednesdays, 6:15-7:45pm, September 4-December 18, 2013 (15 meetings) Group will not meet the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. 
WHERE: Counseling On Meridian offices, 8935 North Meridian Street, Suite 103
FEE: Total fee $1000. $100 for a 1.5 hour intake appointment. $60 per meeting (15 sessions)
